The PR60B-D4 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR60B-D4 includes (8) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4" deep (can accept 6" deep pans). Equipped with a the drawer slides are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. A 60" x 19" x 0.5" thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube.
